The idea of Goshala has started from our great JAGATH GURU SRIOM ADISAKTHIYENDRA SWAMIGAL. It is one of his vision to make this Goshala and maintain the cattle farming with great care and love.
He has also mentioned about the animal cruelty in one of his 18 Rules of Sriom Adisakthi Ashram as below:
"Your food is vegetables, not animals. Stop eating meat immediately. God is there in animals too, hence it is a sin to kill animals"
These animals are never sold to slaughter houses or abandoned even when they become old. They are maintained till the end of their lives very happily. The Goshala has provided pure Cows milk to their Lordships and the devotees, members who are visiting our Ashram.
